Our easy 4 step selection process

Step one: Selections made at sales stage

The exciting journey begins with the selection of your internal and external Designer Choices, in collaboration with our sales team at one of our Display Homes. Here, you have the unique opportunity to experience and touch all the available options. A wonderful benefit of early colour selection is access to complimentary upgrades, including two-tone kitchen cabinetry, feature shower niche tiles, and distinctive facade render or brick features.

Step two: Review selection schedule

Once you’ve signed the contract, you’ll receive a comprehensive selection schedule detailing any tender upgrades and your chosen colour schemes. At this stage, Tempo Living will arrange your electrical appointment with our expert electrical designer to finalize your electrical upgrades and plans.

Step three: Finalise your selections

This step involves the conclusive confirmation of your Designer Selection colour schedules and approval of your electrical plan. It’s essential to note that any changes made at this stage will be considered as variations.

Step four: Approval and styling planning

With your Designer Selections in order, our team can proceed with obtaining final home design approval from the council. Now, you can take a moment to relax and contemplate the styling choices for your future home.
